Fantastic service from CivilSP when buying my property in Torrevieja. The whole process took around 8 weeks and Cristina assisted me throughout this time, also arranging a bank account, NIE number, a Will and home insurance. On the day of purchase everything went smoothly at the Police Station in Elche and the Actuary in Torrevieja. I can’t recommend Civil SP more highly, everyone spoke good English (sadly I speak very little Spanish) which helped with the translation of documents and meeting officials. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.
