At the beginning I would like to send big big thank you for all Civil SP crew ,especially for Cristina who is my leading solicitor. I was purchasing my first property in Spain , being stuck in UK and not be able to come over to Torrevieja ,because of the restriction .Cristina make sure that the whole process was very smooth and professionally completed ,she was always reachable and gave me great advice in terms of all aspects of the purchase ,like money transfer advise to save the money, professional searches , getting security numbers for my company without me needing to come over, as well as remotely opening bank account for me . Was just reading the reviews from everyone else and we completely agree. We’ve bought two properties using Civil SP. The cost of everything up front no hidden surprises. Everything was very easy and they set up all utilities as we gave power of attorney. Responded very quickly to queries and updates on what was happening. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to use them. They made it all so much less stressful
