usted otorgue un testamento en Espa\u00f1a, para decidir qu\u00e9 hacer con los bienes que tenga en este pa\u00eds, cuando usted fallezca. De esta manera puede tener dos testamentos: uno en Espa\u00f1a para los bienes situados en Espa\u00f1a y otro en su pa\u00eds, que regir\u00e1 para los situados en el resto del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>A ra\u00edz del Reglamento Europeo de Sucesiones 650\/12 (vigente desde agosto 2015 para toda Europa continental, excepto Reino Unido), si usted fallece sin testamento teniendo su \u00faltima residencia en Espa\u00f1a, puede que su sucesi\u00f3n se rija por la Ley espa\u00f1ola, que impone muchos l\u00edmites (como destinar obligatoriamente 2\/3 partes de la herencia a los hijos de la persona fallecida).<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de nuestros clientes deciden dejar en herencia todo del marido a la esposa y viceversa, destin\u00e1ndolo a los hijos por partes iguales para el caso de morir los esposos a la vez, aunque ello no tiene porqu\u00e9 ser as\u00ed; podr\u00e1 depender depende de su voluntad.<\/p>\n<p>La manera de evitar las imposiciones del Derecho espa\u00f1ol es otorgar un testamento donde disponga lo que suceder\u00e1 s\u00f3lo con sus bienes situados en Espa\u00f1a, especificando que usted desea que dicho testamento se regule por su Ley nacional y no por la Ley espa\u00f1ola.
