(n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n de extranjeros), que es necesario para poder adquirir una vivienda o un veh\u00edculo en Espa\u00f1a, pagar impuestos o tener relaciones con el Estado Espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos su escritura, obteniendo la informaci\u00f3n definitiva e inmediata del Registro de la Propiedad y le acompa\u00f1amos al Notario para traduc\u00edrsela y explicarle su contenido, firmando junto a usted y asumiendo nuestra responsabilidad. Si usted desea evitar este tr\u00e1mite, puede concedernos un poder notarial y haremos todo nuestro trabajo aunque que usted se encuentre fuera de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Pagaremos los impuestos e inscribiremos su escritura en el Registro de la Propiedad, momento en que usted estar\u00e1 totalmente protegido. Posteriormente recibir\u00e1 su escritura original, con las facturas abonadas y un balance final.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n daremos de alta sus contratos de luz y agua y, si le interesa, solicitaremos un seguro para la vivienda, domiciliando los pagos en su cuenta bancaria en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los servicios que demanda la compraventa de una vivienda en Espa\u00f1a se encuentran incluidos en un \u201cpaquete\u201d que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes para que conozcan desde el principio los costes asociados a la compra de su vivienda, evitando la aparici\u00f3n de sorpresas y gastos inesperados.
