I used this lawyer for sell of my property. At first meeting seemed very easy to talk to Cristina who is i believe secretary. In fact I never meet with a lawyer She explained shortly how she will proceed. The fees were lower than most of the lawyers. Unfortunately she never advised me regarding negotiations what I agree to pay and what buyer will pay. She decided to agree with buyer legal lawyer that I will pay certain fees which I didnt know about, and I am very upset about it. There was never full breakdown of cost of sale, it was rough calculations. The sale was 1.8.2021. until now I am waiting for the retained money for outstanding bills it seems they ate not willing to reply when exactly they will be send back to me. Another issue I had for non resident tax, I've paid penalty for not paying on time plus full fees, the refund should be over €500, they advised me at the time not knowing that I am accountant, I would receive nothing back. Only when I confronted them with calculations than I got them to agree there is refund due. Luck of communication and hard to get refunds!!
