Was just reading the reviews from everyone else and we completely agree. We’ve bought two properties using Civil SP. The cost of everything up front no hidden surprises. Everything was very easy and they set up all utilities as we gave power of attorney. Responded very quickly to queries and updates on what was happening. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to use them. They made it all so much less stressful
